Day 1

Day 2

Day 3

Day 4

Come and enjoy four days of orienteering in the beautiful countryside of southern England.

All events are along the southern edge of the Chilterns, and are in close proximity to Reading - map of events here. The JK will be a great event for the whole family to enjoy, and will also provide world class races for the Elite.

Days 1 to 3 are part of the 2013 UK Orienteering League.

Days 1 (Sprint Race) and 3 (Long Distance Race) have been awarded IOF World Ranking Event status.

Pre-entry has now closed, as have accommodation bookings.  No further pre-entries will be taken.  However entry on the day will be available for colour coded courses.

Final details are available here.  Printed copies of the Final Details will be available for competitors to collect at Enquiries, adjacent to the EMIT card hire collection point.  Start lists are available here.

All the competition areas for this event have been embargoed, more details here.

All four days will use EMIT.  If you are not accustomed to using EMIT, you can watch a short video about it here - note that hired EMIT cards will be Series 2 (without display), and the JK will NOT use touch-free controls.  Even if you are used to using EMIT, you may well learn something new from the video.

The area has a wide range of accommodation, together with excellent road, rail and air transport connections.

Please note that days 2, 3 and 4 are located some 20 miles from the event centre.  No event transport will be provided and travel by public transport is not easy.  You will therefore need your own transport.

A range of official merchandise will be available, more details here.

If there is any information about the JK that you cannot find on this website please email us by clicking here.  We will be glad to answer you and to update the website accordingly.
